జీఓఎం కు వచ్చిన ఈ మెయిళ్లు 13,251 మాత్రమెనట !

రాష్ట్ర విభజనకై ఏర్పాటు చేసిన జీఒఎం కి వచ్చిన ఈ మెయిల్స్ విషయమై గతంలో నేను ఒక టపా వేయటం జరిగింది.  అలాగే ఇదే విషయమై కేంద్ర హొమ్ శాఖకి సమాచార హక్కు చట్టం కింద అడిగిన సమాచారం వివరాలు కూడా వేరొక టపా లో  తెలియజేశాను.   విజ్ఞాపన అందిన మూడు నెలల తరువాత కేంద్ర హొమ్ శాఖ తీరికగా పంపిన సమాధానం ఇక్కడ పొందుపరుస్తున్నాను.      

Kindly provide the following information at the earliest : 

1.Howmany emails were received in response to the invitation of feed back on terms of reference of Group of Ministers (GoM) constituted for bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh 

Reply: 13,251 emails were received in response to the invitation of feedback by the GoM. 

2.Howmany emails supported for bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh and howmany emails opposed the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh 

Reply: Information not maintained by the CPIO.

3.Whether the GoM has studied all the emails received in this regard 

4.Whether the response of the public vide emails is being incorported in the report of GoM

Reply: (Point Nos 3 & 4) Do not come under the purview of the RTI Act,2005.

5.It is requested to kindly provide the soft copies of the mails received or to made them accessible for public view in any website 

Reply: Right now, it is not technically feasible to make available in soft copy or through web.  However, efforts are being made to make it feasible. 

పార్లమెంటు తలుపులు మూసి, ప్రత్యక్ష ప్రసారాలు కట్టి పెట్టి,  బాధిత ప్రాంత ప్రతినిధులని వెళ్ళగొట్టి - ఉరుకులు పరుగుల మీద అడ్డగోలు రాష్ట్ర విభజన చేసిన కేంద్రానికి ప్రజాభిప్రాయాన్ని చదివే తీరిక కూడా లేదని స్పష్టమై పోయింది.   ప్రజాభిప్రాయానికి ఎలాగూ పాతరేశారు, కనీసం రాజ్యాంగ బద్ధత పాటించారా అంటే,  అదీ లేదు.  ఆర్టికిల్ 371 (D) గురించి అటార్నీ జనరల్ అభిప్రాయం ఏమిటి అన్నది ఈ రోజుకీ బ్రహ్మ పదార్దమే ! ఇదే విషయమై సమాచార హక్కు చట్టం కింద నేను విచారిస్తే నాకు లభించిన  సమాధానం ఇది !    

1.Whether any report has been submitted by the Attorney General of India to the Group of Ministers (GoM) constituted for bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh regarding dealing with status of Article 371 (D) of Constitution of India for bifurcation of the Andhra Pradesh .. 

2.If submitted, what is the report submitted by the Attorney General in this regard and whether GoM has incorporated the suggestion given by the Attorney General in their report ..
