వరంగల్ జిల్లాలో బోరు బావిలో పడి ఒక పసి వాడు చని పోవటం అత్యంత విషాదకరమైన సంఘటనే. అయితే ఈ బోరు బావుల విషయంలో Tv-9 ఛానల్ గోల ఎక్కువ చేస్తున్నట్లు నాకనిపిస్తోంది. ముఖ్య మంత్రిని కాపాడుకోలెం.. చంటి పిల్లాణ్ణి కాపాడుకోలెం.. చేతకాని వ్యవస్థ మనది అంటూ యాగీ చేయటం దారుణం. ముఖ్య మంత్రి కానీ, ఆ పిల్ల వాడు కానీ చనిపోయింది ప్రమాద వశాత్తు తప్ప ఆయా అధికారుల ఉద్దేశ పూరిత నిర్లక్ష్యం వల్ల కాదు కదా! ఒక ఎం. ఆర్. ఓ. కి నిర్వర్తించాల్సిన బాధ్యతలు బోలెడు వుంటాయి. వాటన్నిటిని వదిలి ఎక్కడ బోరు బావి తెరిచి వుంది అని రోజూ మండలం అంటా తిరగడు కదా. అక్కడ బోరు బావి తవ్వి వదిలేసింది ఎవరు? చని పోయిన పిల్లాడి తండ్రే కదా! ఆ విషయం ఎక్కడో వున్న రెవిన్యూ అధికారికి ఎలా తెలుస్తుంది.. ఎవరైనా చెపితే తప్ప? ఒక వేళ విషయం తెలిసాక కూడా ఉపేక్షిస్తే చర్య తీసుకోవచ్చు. కానీ ఒక పక్క సహాయక చర్యలు జరుగుతున్నంత సేపూ పక్కనే నస పెడుతూ చిరాకు తెప్పించటం చాలా ఓవర్ యాక్షన్ మాత్రమె.. ఆ ఛానల్ స్పందించ దలుచుకుంటే అంతకు మించిన సమస్యలు చాలా వున్నాయి. అలాగే వేర్పాటు వాద జే.ఎ. సి. నాయకుడు పరీక్షా పత్రాలు దిద్దటం గురించి ఏదో స్తేటుమెంటు ఇస్తే ఆ రోజు కూడా చర్చ పెట్టి యాగీ చేసింది. అసలు ఆ నాయకుని ప్రకటనకన్నకూడా ఆ ఎంఖర్ రజనికాంత్ అడిగే ప్రశ్నలే చాలా రెచ్చగొట్టేవిగా వున్నాయి. అసలే పరిస్థితులు ఉద్రిక్తంగా వున్నప్పుడు ఇలాంటి విషపు చుక్కలు చిమ్మి ఆజ్యం పోయటం హీనాతి హీనం....
ఇది వారికి ఈరోజు కొత్తా ఏమిటి, ఎప్పుడూ అంతే కదా. దాన్ని చూడ్డంమానేస్తేపోతుంది.

నాది same అబిప్రాయం.... బాలుడి జీవితం ముఖ్యమే కానీ అదే పనిగా చూపించడం నచ్చలేదు....... వాడు అందరిని disturb చేయడం వల్లే సహాయక చర్యలు సరిగా చేయలేక పోయారని నా అబిప్రాయం...

I agree. The channel has a history of excessive melodramatic reporting. But i dont agree with your views regarding functioning of Government. Have you seen the statestics of borewell mishaps in today's news paper? Most of the survivors were rescued by local people. In almost all cases where Government authorities were involved in rescue operations, the victims were brought out dead. MRO is supposed to identify such risks to human lives such as unfilled borewells and take care of them. He is being paid for precisely such tasks. What more important tasks does he have which preceeds a human life? You must be a govt employee since you are adopting 'holier than thou' attitude. Please dont carry them on your back. Any way what can you expect from Government people who take one hr tea breaks and three hour lunch breaks and neumorous other breaks for chit chat? Apart from all this it is also duty of every citizen to bring to notice of the authorities all such potential risks. Our dearest chaneel can atleast survey all areas and highlight such things instead of raising hue and cry after failure of the system.

u criticised the government employ and talked about the duties of MRO etc. u said MRO is supposed to identify such risks . As a citizen the boreowner is also responsible and failed to make security arrangments and he not even informed the local authorities that digged a borewell and kept silent, how will an MRO know about the well and its risk. AS per rule one should get permission from local office before digging.
ReplyDeleteIf TV 9 really meant for a better society, even now also such uncapped borewells can be identified and prevent the risk instead going for cure. in preventing such things, the channel will have to face the protest from people whereas such post mortem work make a wide publicity to the channel. It is purely a cheap trick of channel and not the lapse of govt system.
